That is the work Rise Vista does: finding where things break down and building practical fixes.
Where I Learned This
I'm Duane Marcy, a retired FDNY officer and a former HVAC business owner.
In the fire service, communication has to be immediate, clear, and reliable when it counts. Running a business showed me how quickly that discipline can slip when people are stretched thin and nobody is sure who owns the next step.
That shaped how I work: clear communication, reliable execution, accountability, consistent follow-through, and finding failures before they become expensive.
Why I Got Interested in AI
I kept seeing the same gaps in how businesses operate: inquiries that go unanswered, information typed in twice, handoffs that stall. AI is now practical enough to help close many of them. But technology is only worth using when it solves a meaningful problem. If a simpler fix works better, that's what I'll recommend.
How I Work
I start with the business, not the tool. I'm clear about what AI can and can't do. I test with real scenarios and keep people in the loop.
